There are 5 units available. They are well appointed and in a park like setting so you are not listening to or staring at the other guests. We have limited the number of units to give you some privacy. There is a gas barbeque and laundry facilities available for your use.
Garden Unit
The Garden (Queen Bed) is right at the back of our section, this cottage is quiet and private. It has an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with table and chairs, fridge , microwave, toaster, electric jug, large electric fry pan, pot and hot plate ( no oven) TV and small stereo.
Back Cottage
The Back (Queen bed) is a sunny private studio cottage, well off the road. It has an ensuite bathroom, 2 seat sofa, kitchenette with table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric jug, large electric fry pan, pot and hot plate ( no oven) TV and small stereo.
Front Cottage
The Front (Queen and Single bed) is our easy access studio cottage with a ramp. It has an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with table and chairs, fridge , microwave, toaster, electric jug, large electric fry pan, pot and hot plate ( no oven) TV and small stereo.
The Batch
The Batch ( Queen and 2 Single beds) is our slightly bigger cottage with a large lounge with the queen size bed at one end and lounge suite / kitchen table / TV - dvd - stereo at the other end. There is a separate bedroom with the 2 single beds. There is a small kitchen with a standard electric oven / hobs and a bathroom with a shower. There is a large covered deck out front and a private barbeque on a grassed area beside the cottage with a park area adjacent.
House 3 Bedroom
The house is 3 bedroom and has everything that you need for your stay. Room 1 has a Super King bed (can be 2 singles), Room 2 has a Queen bed and Room 3 has 2 single beds and a set of bunks. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower / vanity / toilet and the other has a shower over bath / small hand basin / toilet. The house has a standard kitchen / dining room and a large lounge ( TV/dvd/stereo). There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer and outside in the enclosed yard there is a 3 burner barbeque and seating for eating outside.
The section is fully fenced to keep any small ones safe with off street parking for cars and boats. Views of the mountains.
